But it brings so much more to the table. I’m taking about a variety of tools, training and additional resources – materials designed to help facilitate planning, deployment and support for Microsoft products. If your organization has a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, chances are you are familiar with the widely promoted Software Assurance benefits like Home Use Program (HUP), complimentary 24×7 incidents, and training vouchers (to name a few). But are you aware of some other lesser known benefits already included with your EA, regardless of product mix? If you have a dedicated on-premise training facility, you may use up to 20 complimentary copies of any licensed Microsoft product (excluding Online Services) towards training of that particular product. Additionally, you may use up to 10 copies of any Microsoft title (again, excluding Online Services) for up to 60 days for evaluation purposes. These two hidden gems, that center around training and evaluation, can help you reduce costs and provide you with an outlet to gauge the integration and usability of Microsoft products.
