TJ Thelen has over 20 years of experience in IT with various financial services retail and communications companies. Within each of these enterprise organizations TJ had roles ranging from desktop/server engineer, LAN/WAN engineer, and voice engineer to manager of telecom at a national drugstore retailer.
As a principal solution architect for collaboration at CDW since 2013, TJ provides sales, engineering and architecture support for audio/video calling, web conferencing, call control, unified messaging, presence, IM, contact center, network infrastructure, mobility and client integration. TJ holds many industry certifications from top collaboration partners and earned a Bachelor of Science in telecommunications management at DeVry University.
